What does alkaline diet has to do with acne rosacea?

The most important part of an alkaline diet program is having lots of fruits and vegetables. Foods having salads, sprouts, raw cider vinegar, lima beans, potatoes and millet must form an integral part of your diet. Drinking ample of water will also help to flush out toxins from the body. Water forms a vital part of alkaline diet. Drink at least 10-15 glasses of water every day. See to it that you are getting enough nutrition. And, if that is not the case you must start a nutritional supplement which can provide the required quantities of vitamins and minerals to the body. Thriving on an alkaline diet would mean keeping away acidic foods. However, see to it that your diet has 80 percent of alkaline foods and 20 percent of acidic foods. Thus, some of the food items that you must have in too less quantities or avoid are sugar, meat, highly processed foods, trans fats, saturated fats, dairy foods, tea and coffee. Having these foods in large quantities will counter effect or negate the benefits of alkaline foods that you have in your diet. Just maintain the balance of 80-20. Along with these guidelines, also try to detoxify the body, manage stress and take up physical work outs. All these things in combination will help in getting relief from acne rosacea.
