What you need is a compact or some liquid make-up to cover the scar. Don’t use thick make up because that will block the pores of the skin. If the pores of the skin are blocked then you may end up having more blackheads. Just apply little bit of compact around the edges of the acne or the acne scar. You can say that it needs a very mild make-up. Avoid using very heavy make-up. There is a mild quantity of anti-oxidants in some particular brands of make-up. For more oily skin you can use liquid make-up because it is thought to be oil free. Apply this oil free make-up more on acne to cover it. Some times only shadow of acne has to be covered. If you apply more make-up on the depressed area to remove the shadow, it will become more prominent. So use make-up as minimum as possible and be sure that it is oil-free.
