Insufficient sleep and acne

A pleasant and soundless sleep is a solution to many health hazards and skin disorders, especially acne. Insomnia or lack of sleep is known to be a main trigger for bad skin and mood swings. Fluctuations in the blood sugar level are known to be a major reason the stimulation of pimples. Stress due to insufficient sleep releases free radicals which plays havoc with the health of the skin. These free radicals weaken the body’s defense against inflammation which results in the emergence of red colored lesions called pimples.
